Main Stage

We're delighted to have a great lineup of talented local musicians who have all given up their time to help support the fundraising efforts for music and performance at Selborne School.

From Country to Indie, Melodic Pop to Folk and Rock -- it's all here at FOSStival 2024!

The Zig Zag Band

The ZigZag Band formed in late 2008 to play at local events, parties and fund-raisers, playing an eclectic mix of cover versions of popular tracks from the sixities to the present day. Guaranteed to have you singing and dancing along to your favourite party tunes.

Available for parties, weddings, functions and corporate events.

Kings Pond Shantymen

With a repertoire that covers a wide range of shanty styles - long and short hauls, pumping and capstan as well as forebitters and whaling songs - expect authentic shanty style: unaccompanied male voices singing together in a lively fashion with harmonies thrown in rather than pre-planned. All the well-known favourites are included and audience participation is actively encouraged. In addition to the maritime material they also perform a few folk ballads, drinking songs and odd ditties.

Boppin Dance School

At Boppin we only dance to the most fresh and funky songs, we only do the coolest choreography and we only ever have fun!

Eclectic covers band Mandu, featuring Selborne School's own member of staff!

Regular Belle

Home-grown Selborne duo, Camilla & Dave, bring their "alternative acoustic with attitude" to FOSStival.

Flowers in Denial

Welcoming Flowers in Denial back after wow-ing the crowd last with her performance last year.

Crossover Band

Aspiring young musicians, Jake, Clark, George & Lucky from the Crossover Youth Club, accompanied by their youth worker Sean Quinn.

After years of playing solo Beth yearned for a bigger sound; more vocal harmonies, more catchy guitar riffs and especially funky horn lines. Then she met her boyfriend Joey. BOEY was born. Beth and Joey (a.k.a BOEY) are a multi-instrumental duo that will get you ready to dance the night away with non stop hits! Expect guitar riffs, soulful piano, funky trumpet and luscious vocal harmonies - you’ll be singing along with us before you know it!
